I am currently on a journey to get myself into good health. On January first I vowed to make this the year I get in the best shape of my life. After a couple months of working on my bad eating habits, I discovered the Ketogenic diet and it has changed my life! As of now I am down 37.8 lbs. The journey continues…(July 2016 vs. May 2017)
