Easy & Low Carb Lunch!

Afternoon friends! I thought I’d share our delicious lunch with you all today. The turkey is super delicious and you can pretty much do anything with it. I opted for a salad, and the hubby went for a burrito 🙂

Chop up 1 yellow bell pepper, 1 orange bell pepper, and 1/2 a white onion and cook in a pan with 2 tbsp olive oil on medium heat until tender. Add 1lb of lean ground turkey, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp cumin, 1 tsp of chili powder, and a couple dashes of cayenne pepper. Cook until turkey is brown.

I added mine to a bed of kale, with 1 serving of guac, 1 roma tomato, 1 serving of shredded cheese, and a little bit of ranch.
