Wonderland

We dined at many of the specialty restaurants on board the Harmony of the Seas, but one of them stood out above the rest: Wonderland.

Wonderland has an “Alice in Wonderland” theme, and the way they deconstruct/rebuild the dishes is outstanding. The flavor combinations and presentations are delightful. If you’ve never heard of molecular gastronomy, I urge you to google it…and find the nearest restaurant that practices it!

MENU:

This is no ordinary menu. You are presented with a paintbrush, cup of water, and a mysterious blank frame…

The waiter then asks about any allergies as well as preferences, and then selects the courses for you. The appetizers are all individual small plates, and the entrees and desserts are shareable.

DESSERT:

Yes, the one on the far right is a chocolate ball that melts away when hot melted chocolate is poured over it, revealing goodies inside!

  1. I must admit that when you go on a Cruise, the food is just great! I can’t deny that. We have sailed the Royal Caribbean once on the way to the Bahamas. The Main Dinning area did have some outstanding food for us to consume. We loved it. Went back every day, at the same time. On top of that all, you can have as much as you want! Have a good one!
