This past weekend I was craving my favorite breakfast- pancakes! I didn’t want to totally break my healthy streak so I made some easy and delicious protein pancakes.
All you need for a single serving is 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, 1 ripe mashed banana, and 2 eggs. Seriously, that’s it!
All you do is mix everything up and cook it in a pan on medium heat until it resembles a pancake. I topped mine with a little bit of cinnamon and light syrup. Delicious is an understatement! 🙂
