As week 1 comes to an end, I am happy to say that I am successfully sticking to my resolutions so far. I purchased a 64 oz water jug that I drink each day, as well as being on a low sugar and mainly vegetarian diet. The first couple days were hard because I was so dependent on sugar, but now I am feeling fantastic! It’s been so fun creating healthy meals. I can’t wait to see where this new lifestyle takes me.
