Tonight’s dinner was super delicious! And quite easy to make. It’s chilly here in the mitten so I wanted something comforting yet still healthy. Here’s the recipe for my Portobello & Asparagus Pasta 🙂
- 1 pkg baby bella’s
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 1 medium white onion
- 6 cloves of garlic
- Oregano/Italian seasoning/Garlic powder/pepper to taste
- Olive oil & noodles of your choice
Saute mushrooms, asparagus, onion, and garlic with some olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Make sure everything is nice and tender, then add in spices and combine with noodles of your choice.

DIET UPDATE: I weighed myself since I first started my health journey two-ish weeks ago, and I am down 6 POUNDS! WOOHOO!
