I’ve been told the first week of significantly cutting back on sugar is the worst, so far day 1 has not been bad. I’ve got a slight headache which I expected. Having the determination to make it through is key!!
I thought I’d also share the delicious and healthy lunch I had this afternoon. It is so easy to make and you can use a wide variety of veggies with it. I grilled up some zucchini squash, onions, and yellow pepper, placed it in a whole wheat tortilla with some spinach, feta, and hummus, and pressed it for a couple minutes until it was crispy. Super easy and filling 🙂
