I am a firm believer of that statement. My personal experience is that every string of bad experiences ends with an overwhelming positive outcome. That is just the way of life! Things are finally starting to look up after months of stress, and I am so grateful for everyone who lent a listening ear, near or far 🙂
Now we’re onto the next chapter: finding a new place to live.
Moving out of state is not in the cards at the moment. And that’s totally okay! I’ve touched on our current apartment problems many times before (every week is a new issue pretty much), and last night was the icing on the cake. Neighbors full on brawling in the backyard over apparent drug use. Drugs are something I do NOT tolerate at all. We are not comfortable with being in the same building as individuals who are partaking in hard substances that are attracting danger. I don’t want to be in harms way and surely don’t want to be associated with that just by living here. It’s time for a new chapter in a safer location.
We’ll definitely be staying near the water because it’s so calming and luckily in the mitten, there are so many charming towns along the lakes. I am looking forward to see where we start our next chapter.
