Peach Cobbler

Cobbler is such a versatile and sweet dessert. Peach is my favorite fruit to use in a cobbler recipe! I had such a sweet tooth today, so I figured I would whip one up 🙂

Here’s my go-to recipe:

1 bag of frozen peaches

1/2 cup of water

1/2 cup of sugar

1 tsp of vanilla extract

2 tsp cinnamon

1 cup of flour

1 cup of sugar

1 tsp of baking soda

1/4 tsp of salt

1/2 cup milk

Begin by boiling the bag of peaches with 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla, and 2 tsp of cinnamon for about 10 minutes. Stir as needed.

While the peach mixture is boiling, mix together 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of sugar, 1 tsp of baking soda, and 1/4 tsp of salt. Add in 1/2 cup of milk and mix until combined. Pour into a greased 2 qt baking dish.

Add the peaches on top of the dough, and pour the sugary mixture over it all. Bake in the oven at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes.
