Another edition of, “We’re broke this week lets concoct something that doesn’t involve grocery shopping.” The joys of being in your early 20’s! Ha. Logan unfortunately is having major car troubles, but thankfully we were able to borrow a vehicle from his family until we get it fixed!
Anyways, dinner tonight came out quite lovely. I had some shredded chicken & peppers frozen from the last time I made tacos. I mixed this meat with cream of mushroom soup, Parmesan cheese, and feta cheese. I stuffed this inside of jumbo shells and layered them in a round pan. I then poured Alfredo sauce over the top, sprinkled it with Italian seasoning, and baked it for about a half hour.
