Chicken Pot Pie

As usual, I did NOT have a recipe in mind when I made this. It was also my first time ever making chicken pot pie! It went over quite well with the future hubs, and Walter really wanted to get at it 🙂








2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup Caesar dressing

2 tbsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp garlic seasoning

1 can of sliced carrots

1 can of peas

1 can of corn

1 can cream of onion soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 pkg of Pillsbury pre-made pie crust


Cook chicken with Caesar dressing, 1 tbsp of Italian seasoning, and 1 tbsp of garlic seasoning on  medium heat. Drain excess liquids after it is cooked. Mix ALL remaining ingredients, aside from pie crust, in a large bowl. Spray pie pan with non stick, place 1 roll of the crust in pan and press against sides. Pour mixture evenly into the crust. Place the other roll of crust over top and press edges of the bottom layer of crust together. Cut a few slits on top, and then bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
