Late dinner tonight, but quite a delicious one! This recipe is full of flavor and easy to make.
You will need:
6 chicken legs
1/2 ranch seasoning packet
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 med Zucchini, sliced into chunks
1/3 white onion, sliced into chunks
1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tbsp southwest mrs. dash
Olive oil for pan
Directions for the chicken:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 6 chicken legs on a greased pan. Sprinkle ranch seasoning and garlic powder evenly amongst the legs. Bake about 45 minutes.
Directions for the veggies:
Chop zucchini and onion into large chunks. Mix veggies with some olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and southwest seasoning and let simmer until desired softness is reached.
