TGIF! We made it to another weekend! Started off cloudy and rainy, ended nice and sunny. In the midst of this cooking, our friendly visitor made another appearance 🙂
Anywho, I had a taste for pasta and wanted to try something new. Surprisingly I hadn’t made stuffed shells before, and decided to wing it and see how it came out. The results were amazing and we each definitely went in for seconds!
- 1 Box of jumbo shells
- Your favorite sauce (I used a home made one)
- 2 cups of cottage cheese
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Prepare shells as directed. Pour some of the sauce at the bottom of the crock pot.
Mix together the cottage cheese, spinach, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stuff inside of cooked shells.
Line stuffed shells in the crock pot. Pour the remaining sauce over the top of the shells and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
