Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

Since this may be one of the last chilly days of the season (one can hope), I took advantage of the opportunity and broke out the crock pot.

I didn’t have a specific recipe in mind, so being random by nature I whipped open the cabinets and threw together magic.

  • 1 peppercorn or plain pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 3 red potatoes
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can cream of onion soup, without added water

Step One:

Place pork tenderloin in the center of the crock pot, with the potatoes and onion on each side. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper, top it off with the can of cream of onion soup.

Step Two:

Cook on low for 4-5 hours.

Step Three:

Enjoy over butter herb rice, or whichever side you prefer 🙂
